Coaching Skills for New Managers (Demo)

A practical half-day introduction to the coaching mindset for first-time managers: asking better questions, listening for what is unsaid, and turning one-to-ones into real conversations.

The shift is simple to name and hard to live: moving from “let me tell you what to do” to “let’s work out what you should do”. We practise it live, in pairs, on situations you bring.

You will walk away able to:

• run a one-to-one that builds ownership instead of dependency;
• ask open questions that open thinking rather than close it down;
• give feedback that is direct and kind at the same time.

Ideal for managers in their first two years, or experienced managers who have never had the training made explicit.
