About this workshop
Unlocking new perspectives and innovative problem-solving. Creativity in leadership is not about being artistic — it is the capacity to see a familiar problem from an unfamiliar angle, and to create the conditions in which your team can do the same.
In this one-day workshop we step out of habitual thinking patterns and into experiential practice. You explore how to shift perspective on purpose, how to work with constraints instead of against them, and how communication and authenticity open up options where a situation looked stuck.

Format
One full day in and with nature, in a group of maximum 12 participants — a space of depth and connection. Your investment includes room, food and facilitation for the day; travel arrangements and other personal expenses are not included.
